"I've used this insurance company for 8 years. In 2022 we had a house fire and I pay renters insurance so I tried to get help. The insurance company offered to pay for disaster clean up (serv pro) and I told them the only way I could do that was if the insurance would directly pay for it as he assured me that they would, so I agreed. Afterwards, the insurance company said they wouldn't pay for it as they assured me they would and now I am stuck dealing with a payment I knew I wouldn't be able to afford. This company is untrustworthy. They are not honest. And they completely screw you over. I am looking into a new insurance company as I don't want to be represented or represnt such a selfish and untrustworthy company! I advice people to look elsewhere for insurance unless you enjoy being screwed over."

"I would like to start by saying that I have been with John Paulin Insurance and State Farm for going on 27years this July. When I was sixteen I first came under the protective guidance and knowledge of insurance products. Good thing for me as a driver just starting out.
